Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.25.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $112.4 million, up from $101.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $106.3 million.

The company said it expects 2024 adjusted FFO of $1.32 to $1.35 per diluted share, compared with $1.29 to $1.32 previously. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.98.
