Urban Reality: Is the worst over for real estate sector? Experts discuss

The real estate sector is facing the worst liquidity crisis in recent history. Confidence and sentiments are also extremely low for the next six months. A National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Knight Frank report said that the outlook has become more pessimistic than before.

CNBC-TV18 spoke with Niranjan Hiranandani, co-founder and MD of Hiranandani Group; Sanjay Dutt, MD and CEO of Tata Housing and Khushru Jijina, managing director of Piramal Capital and Housing Finance to find ideas to resolve the liquidity crisis in the sector.
