12:32 PM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Urbana (URB-A.TO, URB.TO) on Friday said it hiked its equity stake in Tetra Trust, a Canadian trust company licensed for the custody of digital assets, to 55.6% from 19.5% through the acquisition of additional shares from existing shareholders.

The transaction was completed on April 10. As part of the transaction, Urbana will propose a nominee for an independent board member.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.02 to $5.43 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
