Urbanfund Declares Dividend of $0.0125 Per Common Share and Per Series A First Preferred Share

06:57 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Urbanfund (UFC.V) overnight Monday said its board declared a dividend of $0.0125 per common share and $0.0125 per Series A, first preferred share for the three-month period ended March 31, unchanged from the prior quarter.

The dividend is payable on April 15, to the shareholders of record on March 31.

Shares of the company closed down 5.9% to $0.8 on Monday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
