US Appeals Court Affirms Microsoft's Acquisition of Activision

12:28 PM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a district court's denial of a motion by the Federal Trade Commission for preliminary injunctive relief against Microsoft's ( MSFT ) acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

Microsoft ( MSFT ) didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
