US approves possible $405 million sale of air-to-air missiles to Norway, Pentagon says

WASHINGTON, Aug 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department

has approved the potential sale of advanced medium range

air-to-air missiles and related equipment to Norway for an

estimated $405 million, the Pentagon said on Thursday.

The principal contractors for the sale will be RTX Corp ( RTX )

, the Pentagon said in a statement.
