US approves possible sale of missiles to Italy, Pentagon says

WASHINGTON, March 15 (Reuters) - The U.S. State

Department has approved the potential sale of Sidewinder

air-to-air missiles and related equipment to Italy for an

estimated cost of $90.6 million, the Pentagon said on Friday.

The principal contractor will be RTX Corporation ( RTX ), the
