Oct 20 (Reuters) - A group of U.S. banks including

JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ), Bank of America ( BAC ) and Goldman

Sachs ( GS ) is hesitant to lend $20 billion to Argentina

without guarantees or collateral, the Wall Street Journal

reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
