US Cruise Travel Numbers Expected to Rise in 2025
Jan 27, 2025 2:35 AM

05:09 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- US cruise travel is expected to reach a record high of 19 million passengers this year, up 4.5% from a year earlier, according to a study released by AAA, a travel insurance provider, on Monday.

The figure is also 34% more than the pre-COVID-19 pandemic peak of 14.2 million in 2019.

"There is reason to be optimistic about travel in 2025, as most indicators point towards continued growth in incomes and spending," the report said.
