(FAA) said on Thursday it is investigating a Southwest Airlines ( LUV )

km) from the Oklahoma City airport.
The FAA said the incident involving Southwest Airlines
Flight 4069 occurred around at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday. After the
automated Minimum Safe Altitude Warning sounded, an air traffic
controller alerted the crew.
