US Foods Chair Robert Dutkowsky Dies, David Tehle Named Successor

08:49 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- US Foods ( USFD ) said Thursday that Chair Robert "Bob" Dutkowsky has died.

The company said David Tehle has been named its new chair, effective immediately.

Dutkowsky had been chair since February 2022.

Shares of the company were down 0.2% in Thursday premarket activity.

Price: 54.60, Change: -0.08, Percent Change: -0.15
