US Foods Introduces Long-Term Financial Targets; $1 Billion Stock Buyback Plan

07:59 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- US Foods Holding ( USFD ) said Wednesday that it is introducing long-term financial targets, including fiscal-year 2027 adjusted earnings of $5.20 to $5.70 per diluted share. Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $4.42.

Ahead of a meeting with analysts and investors, the food service company said it expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $43 billion to $45 billion. Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $43.76 billion.

The company also reaffirmed its fiscal-year 2024 outlook of adjusted earnings of $3 to $3.20 per diluted share on revenue of $37.5 billion to $38.5 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.10 and $37.87 billion, respectively.

The company also said its board has authorized a $1 billion share repurchase program.
