08:16 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- US Foods Holding ( USFD ) said Friday that its US Foods Inc. unit intends to offer $500 million of senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The notes will be sold in a private offering, and the net proceeds are expected to be used to partially repay amounts outstanding under the unit's term loan facility, the company said.
