09:39 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The Commerce Department is weighing a new regulatory push to restrict companies from exporting proprietary or closed-source artificial intelligence models to China, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing three people familiar with the matter.
