US oil refining capacity falls for 3rd time in four years, report says

HOUSTON, June 14 (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil refining

capacity declined 4% this year to 17.53 million barrels per day

(bpd), according to a government report released on Friday, as

plant closings and conversions to biofuels have reduced crude

processing.
