U.S. Physical Therapy Acquires 65% Stake in Wyoming-Based Physical Therapy Provider

09:50 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- U.S. Physical Therapy ( USPH ) said Monday it has acquired a 65% interest in a company that owns three physical therapy clinic locations in Wyoming.

No financial details were disclosed. U.S. Physical Therapy ( USPH ) said the company's current owners will continue to own the remaining 35% stake.

The three locations in Wyoming generate about $4.3 million in annual revenue, U.S. Physical Therapy ( USPH ) said.
