U.S. Physical Therapy Acquires Majority Stake in 3-Clinic Practice

09:04 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- U.S. Physical Therapy ( USPH ) said Friday it has acquired a 60% interest in a physical therapy practice with three clinics.

The company said the existing owners will retain a 40% stake in the business, which generates around $5.3 million in annual revenue and handle 28,000 visits per year.
