Sept 25 (Reuters) - The U.S. Customs and Border

Protection is investigating whether Waaree Energies

and Waaree Solar Americas evaded anti-dumping and countervailing

duties on solar cells from China and other Southeast Asian

nations, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.
