07:26 AM EDT, 04/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Friday it was opening an investigation into whether Tesla's (TSLA) recall of over 2 million vehicles to install new Autopilot safeguards has been adequate, according to media reports.
