WASHINGTON, March 26 (Reuters) - The U.S. State

Department has approved a potential sale of remotely piloted

aircraft to Qatar for $1.96 billion, the Pentagon said on

Wednesday.

The principal contractors will be General Atomics

Aeronautical Systems, Lockheed Martin ( LMT ), RTX Corp ( RTX ),

L3Harris ( LHX ), Boeing ( BA ) and Leonardo SpA, the

Pentagon said in a statement.
