US State Dept OKs potential sale of helicopters to Slovakia, Pentagon says

WASHINGTON, July 31 (Reuters) - The U.S. State

Department has approved the potential sale of attack helicopters

and related equipment to Slovakia for an estimated cost of $600

million, the Pentagon said on Wednesday.

The principal contractors will be Bell Textron and

General Electric ( GE ), the Pentagon said.
