UTime Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule

05:31 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UTime Limited ( WTO ) said late Tuesday that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq listing rule requiring the company's ordinary shares to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 apiece.

The company said the bid price deficiency matter is now closed.
