10:07 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UWM Holdings ( UWMC ) early Thursday disclosed plans for a $500 million private placement of its senior unsecured notes maturing in 2030.

The mortgage lender said it will use net proceeds from the upcoming notes offering to pay down outstanding debt owed through its United Wholesale Mortgage subsidiary and for general corporate purposes.
