05:45 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- UWM Holdings ( UWMC ) said late Thursday its direct unit upsized an offering of 6.625% senior notes due 2030 to $800 million from $500 million.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to pay down outstanding amounts on United Wholesale Mortgage's MSR facilities and for general corporate purposes, the company said.

UWM said it expects to close the offering on Tuesday.
