07:30 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- V2X (VVX) and Parsons (PSN) said Tuesday they agreed to form a strategic joint venture, Polar Science Alliance, to pursue the National Science Foundation Antarctica Science and Engineering Support Contract, or ASESC, with an $8 billion ceiling value.

Financial details of the Polar Science Alliance joint venture weren't disclosed.

Polar Science Alliance seeks to provide scientific research support services for the United States Antarctic Program over the next two decades, the companies said.
