V2X Reprices $900 Million First Lien Term Loan

11:28 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- V2X (VVX) said Monday it repriced its $900 million first lien term loan at 2.25%.

"This repricing further improves our annual interest margin by 50 basis points and represents 135 basis points of savings that V2X has achieved on its First Lien Term Loan since October 2023," Chief Financial Officer Shawn Mural said.

Price: 48.46, Change: +0.26, Percent Change: +0.54
