Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.29.

Net revenue for the quarter that ended Jan. 31 was $1.14 billion, up from $1.08 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.14 billion.

Shares of Vail Resorts ( MTN ) were down 2.5% in after-hours trading.
