01:27 PM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vale (VALE) on Thursday said that its venture capital arm Vale Ventures took part in a $19 million fund raising of a Boston-based startup Electrified Thermal Solutions .

The firm made a minority investment in the new venture which is developing technology for heating industrial furnaces without the use of fossil fuels, Vale said.
