09:15 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Valero Energy ( VLO ) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Jason Fraser will retire from his role, effective Dec. 31.

The company named Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance Homer Bhullar as CFO, effective Jan. 1, Valero said.

Bhullar joined Valero in 2014 and previously served as an energy sector-focused investment banker at Citigroup ( C ) and JP Morgan Chase (JPM), according to the company.
