Valley Gardens (the “Company”), a premier provider of comprehensive landscape maintenance, landscape architecture, design, and installation services for commercial and high-end residential properties across Southern West Virginia, announced today that Whitewater Capital Partners and its affiliates (collectively, “Whitewater Capital Partners”) has acquired all of the Company’s business. The investment is expected to provide Valley Gardens with enhanced financial resources to accelerate its regional expansion, pursue strategic acquisitions, and strengthen its market position, while continuing to uphold the Company’s longstanding commitment to delivering superior quality and service.

Since 1978, Valley Gardens has provided expert landscape maintenance, landscape architecture, design and installation services for outdoor commercial spaces across various industries, as well as high-end residential properties. The Company has grown to be one of the largest landscaping companies in West Virginia, with locations in Charleston and White Sulphur Springs. Valley Gardens offers a comprehensive range of services, specializing in landscape maintenance and enhancements, snow management, irrigation systems, landscape architecture and design, landscape installation, and other services.
