09:33 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ValOre Metals ( KVLQF ) Thursday appointed Nick Smart as its chief executive, effective October 1.

The company said Smart led the design, delivery and operation of multiple complex mining capital projects globally. He worked for Anglo for six years in Brazil in the States of Minas Gerais and Goias, developing and building Nickel mines and processing plants.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.09 Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
