10:23 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Valvoline ( VVV ) said Thursday that Kevin Willis has been named chief financial officer, succeeding Mary Meixelsperger, effective May 12.

Willis previously served as CFO of Ashland (ASH), Valvoline ( VVV ) said. Meixelsperger will remain with Valvoline ( VVV ) over a transition period, according to the company.

Shares of Valvoline ( VVV ) were down more than 6% in recent Thursday trading.
