11:16 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vantage (VNTG) shares were up sharply in recent Thursday trading after opening at $4.39 on the NYSE American exchange.

The shipbroking company said Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of 3.25 million class A shares at $4 per share and expects the offering to close on or about Friday.

Vantage also granted underwriters a 45-day option to acquire up to 487,500 shares at the IPO price to cover any over-allotments.
