Varonis Systems Acquires Cyral

04:45 PM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) acquired Cyral, which provides database activity monitoring services, for an undisclosed price.

The deal probably won't have a material impact on revenue this year, Varonis ( VRNS ) said Monday in a statement.
