Varonis Systems Acquires SlashNext; Adjusts Q3, 2025 Guidance

10:09 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) said Tuesday that it has acquired cybersecurity company SlashNext.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

As a result of the acquisition, the company has updated its Q3 and full-year 2025 guidance to account for the related expenses.

For Q3, the company now expects non-GAAP net income per share of $0.04 to $0.06, down from previous guidance of $0.07 and $0.08, and maintained its revenue guidance of $163 million to $168 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect Q3 non-GAAP net income of per share of $0.08, and revenue of $166.4 million, respectively.

For full-year 2025, the company lowered its guidance for non-GAAP diluted EPS to a range of $0.11 to $0.12 from $0.16 and $0.18, and maintained its revenue outlook of $616 million to $628 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.17 and revenue of $625.5 million.

Shares of Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) were down 0.9% in recent trading.
