Varonis Systems Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings Fall, Revenue Increases; Full-Year Guidance Raised

05:26 PM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.03 per diluted share, down from $0.05 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $152.2 million, up from $130.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $148 million.

The company expects Q3 non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.07 and $0.08 on revenue of $163 million to $168 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.05 and $161.8 million, respectively.

For full-year 2025, the company now expects non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.16 and $0.18 on revenue of $616 million to $628 million. The previous guidance was non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.14 and $0.17 on revenue of $610 million to $625 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.16 and $620.4 million, respectively.

Shares of the company fell 5% in after-hours activity.
