Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.05.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $161.6 million, up from $148.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $166.4 million.

The company expects Q4 non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.02 and $0.04 and revenue of $165 million to $171 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.04 and $170.3 million, respectively.

For the full-year 2025, the company narrows non-GAAP diluted EPS to $0.12 and $0.13 and revenue of $615.2 million to $621.2 million. The previous guidance was non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.16 and $0.18 and revenue of $616 million to $628 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.13 and $624.9 million, respectively.

Shares of Varonis Systems ( VRNS ) were down 31% in after-hours trading.
