Vaxcyte Prices $1.3 Billion Offering of Shares, Warrants

04:24 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vaxcyte ( PCVX ) said late Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 10.2 million common shares and pre-funded warrants to buy about 2.4 million shares at $103 per share and $102.999 per warrant for expected gross proceeds of $1.3 billion.

The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional about 1.9 million shares.

The offering is expected to close on Friday.
