11:50 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VCI Global ( VCIG ) agreed to acquire Datanex Asia, an artificial intelligance-powered luxury supercar e-commerce platform, for about $1.8 million.

Datanex Asia provides financial assessments and luxury car recommendations, VCI Global ( VCIG ) said Monday in a statement. Both companies are based in Kuala Lumpur.

Shares of VCI Global ( VCIG ) were rose 19% in recent trading Monday.
