04:30 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VCI Global ( VCIG ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary, V Gallant, has secured a $22 million contract to deliver sovereign artificial intelligence infrastructure for Codetext, which is known for software development and national security solutions.

The initiative will implement an encrypted compute stack that incorporates V Gallant's QuantVault storage, QTrustCard encryption accelerator, and SecureGPU platform, the company said.

Adopting this infrastructure helps Codetext to deploy AI solutions while meeting the security, privacy, and compliance needs, VCI Global ( VCIG ) said.

Shares of the company were down 9% in after-hours trading.
