VCI Global Regains Nasdaq Compliance Over Minimum Bid Price Requirement

10:28 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VCI Global ( VCIG ) said Tuesday it is now in compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company regained compliance after its stock maintained a minimum closing bid price of $1 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days through Nov. 20.

VCI shares were down 6% in recent trading.

Price: 1.71, Change: -0.11, Percent Change: -6.04
