08:09 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veeva Systems ( VEEV ) said Thursday that has entered into a collaboration with Amgen ( AMGN ) to help the US drugmaker further advance clinical development.

Veeva ( VEEV ) said Amgen ( AMGN ) will use the Veeva Clinical Platform to support and identify efficiencies across the clinical trial process.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.

Shares of Veeva ( VEEV ) were down more than 3% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
