11:46 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Veeva Systems ( VEEV ) said Monday that Brian Van Wagener will become its chief financial officer following a roughly 60-day transition with interim CFO Tim Cabral.

In his more than five years at Veeva ( VEEV ), Van Wagener held multiple executive positions as a member of the company's leadership team, including vice president of global sales operation, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Veeva ( VEEV ) said Cabral will continue as a board member.
