Vehicle Management Solutions Deepens North Texas Footprint with Acquisition of Dynamic Towing Holdings
Sep 23, 2025 12:40 PM

TINLEY PARK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Vehicle Management Solutions (“VMS”), a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC (“Mill Point”), announced the acquisition of Dynamic Towing Holdings (“Dynamic” or the “Company”), one of the largest private-property impound towing operators in the City of Dallas and surrounding North Texas communities.

The acquisition represents a significant step in VMS’ continued growth strategy for the Dallas–Fort Worth (“DFW”) metro area, following the acquisitions of Integrity Parking Management in 2023 and Southwest Auto Tow through the purchase of Grant Street Companies, LLC in 2024. Together, these transactions further entrench VMS as a market leader across one of the country’s rapidly expanding markets.

Founded in 2021, Dynamic has grown significantly to become a trusted partner to apartment communities, commercial properties and municipalities. The Company provides continuous private property impound services designed to keep parking environments safe, accessible and well managed. With a robust and highly experienced operations team, Dynamic will now integrate with VMS’ technology-enabled platform and service network.

“Dynamic is a well-established operator with a long-standing reputation for professionalism and reliability,” said Kevin Corcoran, CEO of VMS. “By bringing Dynamic into the VMS portfolio, we are enhancing our ability to deliver leading, customer-focused services to property owners, managers and residents throughout North Texas.”

“The Dynamic transaction is highly strategic for VMS. The Company’s expertise and ability to help customers navigate the complexities of local towing regulations have been instrumental to its success and we hope to continue building on that strong foundation,” commented Ann Chiang, CFO and VP of Corporate Development of VMS. “We want to empower Dynamic to leverage our technology, resources and scale to create even greater value for our customers.”
