Velan Signs Main Services Agreement With GEH SMR Technologies

07:07 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Velan ( VLNSF ) signed an agreement with GEH SMR Technologies to provide products and services for a stand-alone Small Modular Reactor (SMR) to Ontario Power Generation.

GEH placed an initial purchase order with Velan ( VLNSF ) to develop the technology and product.

Velan ( VLNSF ), which manufactures industrial valves, said it anticipates future purchase orders for similar SMR's in Canada, the U.S. and around the world.
