04:26 PM EDT, 07/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Velo3D ( VLD/WS ) said Friday it has received a noncompliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange that its average total market capitalization over a 30 trading-day period was less than $50 million and its shareholders' equity was below $50 million.

The company expects to file a plan of action to regain compliance. The notice has no immediate impact on its listing, Velo3D ( VLD/WS ) said.
