04:57 AM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Velo3D ( VLD ) said Tuesday it intends to sell common shares and warrants to purchase shares in a "reasonable best efforts" public offering.

The company will sell all of the securities in the offering, of which the size, pricing, and timing have not yet been determined.

The steel and manufacturing additives company plans to use net proceeds for working capital and expenditures and other general corporate purposes, including repayment of the company's senior secured notes due 2026 and other debt.
