Ventas Boosts Low End of 2025 Normalized Funds From Operations Outlook

09:36 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ventas ( VTR ) said Wednesday it now expects 2025 normalized funds from operations of $3.36 to $3.46 per share, compared with a previous outlook of $3.35 to $3.46.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.44.

The real estate investment trust said the improved outlook is led by its senior housing operating portfolio, whose 2025 same-store cash net operating income growth range is seen improving to 12% to 16%, from 11% to 16%.
