05:42 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ventas ( VTR ) said Thursday that its Ventas Realty unit priced a $500 million underwritten public offering of 5.1% senior notes due 2032.

The notes were priced at 99.391% of the principal amount and are expected to close on June 3, subject to customary closing conditions.

Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include debt repayment and related expenses, according to the company.
