(Reuters) -Venture Global has applied to list its Class A common stock on NYSE under the symbol "VG", according to a company filing on Friday.

The LNG company said Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, ING, RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank and Mizuho are among the underwriters for its initial public offering (IPO).

In November, Reuters reported that the company was planning to raise about $3 billion from its IPO in New York.
